These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website merqalix.com, operated by Merqalix S.R.L., a company incorporated in the Dominican Republic in 2024, Tax ID 133-08421-7. By using the site, you accept these terms.
1. Purpose
merqalix.com is an informational site about real estate crowdlending in the Dominican Republic. It offers educational content, project presentation and the option to subscribe to a newsletter. The site does not constitute personalised financial advice.
2. Permitted use
You agree to use the site in good faith, complying with applicable legislation in the Dominican Republic, and not to take actions that could damage the site, its infrastructure or the rights of third parties.

All texts, trademarks, designs and content are the property of Merqalix S.R.L. or its licensors. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Licences and supervision
Merqalix S.R.L. is registered with the Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Dominican Republic under registration SIV-NIC-078/2024. Effective supervision is exercised within the Dominican legal framework in force in 2026.
6. Limitation of liability
Merqalix will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunities arising from the use of the site, except as provided by applicable legislation.
7. Amendments
We may amend these Terms by publishing the new version on the site, indicating the last updated date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the current version.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional.
